Just a few days after Marvel Comics announcing that 15 year old Riri Williams will be the next Invincible Iron Man we get news of another Bendis title starring Victor Von Doom (aka Dr. Doom all cleaned up) as INFAMOUS IRON MAN. I’m torn on this Marvel NOW news. I’m a HUGE Dr. Doom fan but I have this LOVE / HATE relationship with Brian Bendis and his writing and this already sounds more HATE than LOVE. I’m not certain Bendis can pull of the Dr. Doom I enjoy and add to it him being a villainous Iron Man, it’s already sounding kinda flat. WHY does Dr. Doom need to be Iron Man when he’s already DOOM?!
