Okay. I’m already enjoying this Marvel Comic book series and I breakdown and bought issue 2 Hip Hop variant cover of Black Panther. This Black Panther promo has commentary by Ta-Nehisi Coates, mixed motion comic art from Brian Stelfreeze and nice world premiere of “Beast with It” by Prodigy Ft. Mark the Beast music. I liked this promo video but I’m HATING motion comics, their time has come and gone. Stop being QUICK & CHEAP and just do some decent true animation.

Here’s some news related to the upcoming Canada Day with our Prime Minister Trudeau & Alpha Flight variant cover of issue No. 5 of Marvel’s Civil War II: Choosing Sides due out Aug. 31. What do I think? It’s um… okaysurewhatever. I’d rather this a be a variant cover of an actual Alpha Flight series. This seems gimicky that Marvel likes to do. Check out Iron Man standing there… Meh.

In this week’s edition of Pow! Wam! Comics, Civil War 2 ties include a rare appearance from Damage Control while Hank Pym struggles with his own inner Ultronish demons. Doctor Strange is gathering forces to bring back magic to the Marvel Universe and Marvel finally decides to release another adaption of The Force Awakens in their comic adaption take on the film.
DC is releasing proper first issues for their Rebirth titles as Detective Team Bat’s has their first team building exercise in the Mud Room, Wonder Woman is still seeking the truth and Lex Luthor ponders about what it means to be Superman.
New arc for James Bond as Warren Ellis sets the stage for EIDOLON, Rumble returns from long hiatus and MTME dials it up to 11 as the Transformers give it their all as Dying Light continues.
One of the best horror summer time shows over the past few years has to be FX’s show, The Strain, the acclaimed thriller from Guillermo del Toro and Carlton Cuse, based off of the best-selling “The Strain Trilogy” by del Toro and Chuck Hogan. Here’s the official synopsis for The Strain season 3.
It can no longer be denied — New York City is rapidly falling to an evil epidemic, and no one is coming to its rescue. Its citizens must fight or die. Dr. Ephraim Goodweather and his unlikely allies tried to take down the embodiment of this evil — the Master — and failed. Now Eph and Dr. Nora Martinez concentrate on creating a biological weapon to wipe out the creatures, while Abraham Setrakian searches for an ancient book he hopes will reveal the strigoi’s entire history… and possibly a way to kill them. Meanwhile, the Master is out for revenge, unleashing new and even more terrifying breeds of bloodthirsty creatures. They need to find a way to defeat him before the infection spreads too far and becomes irreparable… before they become monsters themselves.
The Strain season 3 will return August 28th at 10:00 p.m. Plan your PVR accordingly.

Here’s what Unity Technologies has to say about the film
The Unity Demo Team built Adam with beta versions of Unity 5.4 and our upcoming cinematic sequencer tool.
Adam also utilizes an experimental implementation of real-time area lights and makes extensive use of high fidelity physics simulation tool CaronteFX, which you can get from the Unity Asset Store right now.
To make Adam, the Demo Team developed custom tools and features on top of Unity including volumetric fog, a transparency shader and motion blur to cover specific production needs. We’ll make these freely available soon!
Adam runs at 1440p on a GeForce GTX980. Attendees at Unite Europe were able to play with it in real time, and we’ll make a playable available soon so everyone can check it out.

Some Image books kick off some new arcs, a new Transformers series begins, Han Solo gets his own series and a fantastic Godzilla title gets a reprint in this week’s Pow! Wham! Comics – Solo Edition comes to you from a galaxy not so far away.
Pete’s Dragon Official Trailer is out, check out Elliot the Dragon in all it’s lovely green fuzzy fun glory! Staring Bryce Dallas Howard, Robert Redford & upcoming star Oakes Fegley to name a few star in this upcoming Disney film.
