WONDER WOMAN – Official Trailer

It’s the official Wonder Woman trailer!

To quote the infamous Stan Lee‘Nuff Said! Gal Gadot is #WonderWoman & Chris Pine is Steve Trevor. Watch the official trailer now!

Crap, I hope this movie is good. Sucks that it seems like the movie doesn’t have a specific villain to enjoy & more like a generic World War I villains. While there’s only been a few details about which villains will show up, this trailer does provide a first glimpse into one of the threats Diane will be facing as Dr Poison shows up in the trailer.

That said, Wonder Woman might be the ONLY DC Comics movie I’ll enjoy in my lifetime.  Sad but Oh so true.

Wonder Woman comes crashing into theaters June 2, 2017.

The Question on ARROW?! #Yeahbuwha?

Is The Question really coming to the Arrow TV show?!

Am I going to lose my sh!t if it happens?! Yes. Fnck, yes, I will. Check this tweet out by Marc Guggenheim

Here’s the Ad for Hub City, click to see it larger:
arrow-hub-city-ad

If you don’t know, Hub City is the home of The Question (real name Charles Victor Szasz aka Vic Sage), a blank faced vigilante who has his own unique style in fighting crime. In the original DCU comic books (not this nu52 shit), he was a TV journalist who was also a skilled blank faced vigilante. Later in the 80’s, The Question went on to learn from the best fighters in the world from Bronze Tiger, Richard Dragon & Shiva to name a few. Later The Question became one of the top fighters of the DC comic book universe that Batman himself noted. More on The Question here on Wikipedia:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Question_(comics)

The Question has also been portrayed as a bit of a crazy conspiracist who NEEDED to find the answers to popular conspiracy theories in the Justice League cartoon series and voiced by the talented Jeffrey Combs.

The big Question for the Arrow TV show is what version of The Question is going to appear on the small screen?!

The Question is without a doubt my FAVORITE DC comic book character besides Batman.

The CW & Arrow can’t FUCK this up! Here’s hoping they won’t as the start of this new Arrow season has been very solid.

Once we have more details, I will be rambling on casting and/or ANY photos! Trust me. 😛

note: I can’t find a source on the main Question cosplay photo, sorry whoever it is.

Rage of the Fanboys – You say you want a ResurrXion

Mutants

They’ve faced all kinds of dangers from giant government funded military grade robots, omega level witches that can shift reality and of course, those darn Inhumans that just want to make more of themselves while killing off mutants in the process.

That’s just the stuff they have to deal with in their own 616 universe as in our own reality, mutants aren’t really worth that much brand wise to the House of Mouse.

Which puts Marvel in a bit of a bind as to what can they possibly do to please the fans of this long running and beloved franchise to get them back into the good graces of fans once more.

Currently there’s still X-Men titles ongoing and despite how grim the title Death of X sounds like if you’re a fan of mutants such as Scott Summers, there’s some hope on the horizon.

It’s Logan! The newest solo Wolverine movie from 20th century Fox that will surely do much better than that last X-Men film – Go check out the trailer in one of our other EXCITING articles, I’ll wait right here.

Ok, wasn’t that pretty great? Now what if I told you that parts of that movie were based on thing called comic books and that at some point, Disney didn’t really seem that interested in giving the spotlight to franchise that is completely owned by them.

So what does this have to deal with comic books? Oh right, those things.

Xavier hoping that none of them involve Bendis

Well, after the mutants are done being kicked in the shin with the upcoming heroes vs heroes mentality of Inhumans vs X-Men, there will be a RESURRXION – the newest relaunch of X related mutants from big possible names such as Wolverine or the adorable Nature Girl, it could even have Jamie Mad-… Oh right. Well, I’m sure there will be tons of fan favourites to go about as Marvel seems ready to mend the fences with RESURRXION.

Get it, cause it’s like resurrection but with an X. I mean it didn’t work out that great when Aliens did it but throw in the X could be the magic touch.

What the hell is a Resurrxion? Whatever it is, Marvel wants YOU to remember that they still think mutants are neat if they generate sales so here’s a whole bunch of titles with my keen insightful picks as to who would be the best fit for each title in no particular order

Marvel’s ResurrXion of retro X-Books

Seems Marvel ain’t done with the mutants, X-Men or any of such books. Spinning out of Death of X are a whole crapload of 80s & 90s X-Books all apart of the upcoming “ResurrXion” branding which is to impact both the X-Men & Inhumans worlds. Iceman, Generation X, Jean Grey, Cable, Weapon-X and today was released X-Men: Blue & X-Men: Gold upcoming new titles. Will these new X-Men titles replace Uncanny X-Men and Extraordinary X-Men? It’s unclear right now, what is clear is that Marvel editorial staff are stuck in the 80’s / 90’s of the X-Men era. By the way, there’s a few more colours left (Purple, Pink & Teal) for the Marvel editorial staff to use for more titles like X-Factor (Teal), Excalibur (Royal Purple) & Mutant X (Hot Pink)?

Some might remember that way back when Jim Lee and Chris Claremont worked together, they made two X-Men teams of X-Men: Blue & Gold. Those books were fun but they also signaled an obvious end of Chris Claremont’s run on the X-Books which lead to many failed creative team reboots & terrible story-lines.

Check out the promo art & my thoughts below…
